welcome back disc golf fans to the back nine coverage of round one of the 2021 discraft green mountain championship presented by upper park disc golf brian earhart coming back at you one more time with nate perkins for the round one coverage we are moving into the back nine and we are watching a fantastic display of talent right now yeah this card's got the magic up here here in vermont we are just an hour east of burlington nestled in the shadow of the tallest mountain here mount mansfield we are surrounded by unbelievable beauty look at this drone fly over this place is incredible one of my personal favorite stops on the tour look at the front nine paul lubar shooting seven throwing the disc really well and hitting a lot of solid putts let's see what they do on the back hole number ten one of the best par threes in the course it really is it's a premium par three 470 probably place closer to 400 maybe 420 depending on how or because of how downhill it is and probably one of the most open shots it's a tough one to land softly though you have to throw a faster disc but since it's going downhill it's hard to get it to stop on a dime corey gets caught up in those trees on the right side he's just going to have an up and down that tree right there on the right sorry brian no you're good that tree right there on the right it really keeps you from swinging it wide yeah you can kind of have to shape that hyzer flap and get a light drift paul likes to throw the nuke here he he says his play is to just hit those trees above the basket and drop and he is gonna hit the trees early and he's frustrated by these t-pads he's having a tough time staying put when he's pivoting he's trying to put his towel down this is an old esp surge that chandler is throwing search control driver sweet i believe in 11 speed just gets under that tree this flight no way and then there is did it hit the tree right behind it no i think he hit the basket two and two in one round i couldn't quite tell if it hit that tree...
