i feel like i played 16 pretty good holes and i just had two holes where i just did not execute the tee shot let me into a double and triple bogey so you know i was happy with to battle back obviously taking big numbers out here it's easy to just keep that going this course is difficult but uh looking to stay on track today and not get off the fairway tackle that front nine feeling pretty good i mean maple hills is my home terrified i just know this course really well and yesterday wasn't the best round i could have put up and i got a lot of improvements to make but i know i need to make them so as long as i can execute and put everything together as i see it in my mind and then i'll put up a good score i didn't play to the standards i had during my practice rounds i took more boogies in my round than i did in five rounds of practice so i kind of heard a little bit finished it two down but my game plan is still the same i'm trying to shoot eight down each round so i'm gonna try and bring it back today i feel like i played my game plan yesterday uh minimized the bogeys and uh there's a lot of holes that i can't get here that i think i can't get here and i play for par and i think i did that pretty well like i told steve dodge earlier i don't really set a number on any course so just go in there and see what happens hello and welcome everybody to the front nine coverage of round two of the 2020 mvp open at maple hill presented by mvp disc sports i'm brian erhart joined here by tristan tanner yet again what's up tristan hey everybody we have a pretty exciting card here and like we said yesterday this is one of our favorite courses to be at here on the road i think it's an amazing display of what tour disc golf actually can bring uh in regards to disc golf being a spectator sport there's giant distance opportunities for players to uh you know take advantage of there's touch there's uphill there's downhill there's there's just so many skills that get to...
