welcome disc golf fans my name is Chris German along beside me we have Derek scull and we are gate keeper media bringing you back 9 coverage of the first round of the Las Vegas challenge presented by end of a disc big shout out to our sponsors millennium disc for making all this possible how do you feel about the end of Calvin going 9-under through nine it's a hot streak man I mean how did you not enjoy watching some play like that I mean it's something where knowing what the majority of the field is has already shot going into that round that's it's got to make you feel good going rounding out the back nine through so yeah I'm very fortunate that we were able to get this card for our opening for our season because this is a fun card to watch we're gonna look at the leaderboard here and here Bareilles still with that hot round at 15-under Josh Anton making his way up there the legend Barry Schultz in there exciting to see if any of these guys will penetrate into that top 10 as we move into the hardest hole in the course coming in at 381 Park 3 I would say this one's hard just because of the sand traps they're playing hazard we'll see if anyone oh yeah that's really tight it's a tight green for sure yeah we'll see if anyone decides to really run it or if they decide to play a little safe to the right there it's Calvin so a little similarly to the front nine that I mentioned I had to be a little further to the side here to be able to track this at all but Calvin sneaks that oh that is through the hazard and made it through it that's intense yeah I mean when you're shooting that well I guess the luck is on your side as well and just everything is rolling your way once you find that groove you just gotta keep keep plugging along yeah so Zach is 5-under through nine so he had a pretty hot start he was 3-under through three and then he kind of fell off a little bit picked it up there at the end but now when we say fell off he just wasn't capturing any birdies yes playing par yeah Paul...
