what is up this golf fans my name is Chris Sherman I have Derrick's go along beside me we are gate keeper media bringing you back 9 coverage of round one the 2019 303 open presented by dis mania as always our coverage sponsored by T millennium pretty exciting front 9 with Eagle kind of popping off and then Joe Loki going 8 down through 9 yeah Joe is putting such a consistent showing on and you know showing off a little bit of his DG swagger as we coin before yeah a lot of green so you can see this guy eight birdies one par Eagle had that eagle but also to that bogey Colton Peter Peter being the ma one winner from the hams had a really rough start I mean he was six over through three and look at him now he's six over still so that's what happens when you take an eighth on one of the holes and six on another yeah we're gonna move in to hole 10 coming at 285 feet this is a the ace hole of that yeah and I would say honestly it is probably playing closer to 250 yeah maybe even shorter Oh cage it was nerves right under but you you the way that the hillside is you have a backstop I mean here you're playing over a gully essentially yeah like you're going for it those Colin's kind of goes far to the right Peters kind of doing the same thing he's just anticipating the fade he's not really going at it that's how you attack it he's utilizing the backstop making sure that it stops right under the pin securing that birdie Eagle going right at the basket well well you go you have two more rounds to recalibrate that shot yeah go in rough start start to pick it up that's good way to get the - confidence booster for sure a good way to start the back nine I like this hole I like that it's kind of like a nice run hole almost very short downhill a backstop like well I mean after the par-5 you have like a gimme uphill and then in a from mm-hmm so really it's that's a great way to kind of round out the middle of your round yeah yeah because that par 5 kind of takes...
