hello everyone and welcome to first-round MPO coverage of the 2018 Pennsylvania State disc golf championships sponsored by latitude sixty-four and coverage powered by millennium golf discs i'm kurt tamara and i'm joined today with event co-director justin Weaver hello everyone we're looking at following Vince silic Chris Phila Jonathan propolis and Joel Freeman today we're at muddy run disc golf course in Homewood Pennsylvania we're starting on hole three which is sponsored by kegels produce Bowl three is a par-4 steadily climbing uphill the whole way to the basket 443 feet yep players are playing from the silver T for the first round let's see how they could do here so when playing from the silver tee you kind of have to make either a big Anheuser or a hyzer if you're a lefty it's tough I would say it's a little bit tougher than the cold would you say what do you think yeah I conducive to par I would say yes Chris Villa here slowly climbing the whole way up the hill and Anheuser in just a little bit he should be pretty happy with that placement yeah it's a good spot he should be able to make his up to the basket from there then Jonathan had a little bit of an early turn over there we have a bunch of interesting stats about the the event which Aaron Howard one of our local disc golfers did for us which is great so thank you so much to Aaron for doing that for us hole three was averaging about a four point oh five on the silver tees which is interesting so it's playing pretty close to par let's see if Vince can get through here and catches another area again he'll probably be trying to scramble to get his four let's see if Jonathan can squeak through here makes his way go have a look at the basket from there but it's still a really long uphill putt yeah chris is he's got a decent spot there he's got to get through a few trees basket you probably have about a 25-foot putt from there yeah that second approach to get up to the basket is really tricky the the trees are sort of sitting in just a way that you've got a couple different lines but they're not they're not easy lines you still...
