welcome back disc golf fans my name is Chris German along beside me we have Derek Scholl we are gate keeper media and we're bringing you back 9 coverage of round 1 2018 Colorado state championships presented by throw Colorado its coverage is made possible by millennium disc a feeling after around our front nine I'm still in all about the like look at that mountain come on it's beautiful America's Mountain yeah I I'm every time I look at it I go and all we move in the whole ten here this is a par three 420 feet pretty tight green here though so this hazard here is this sand trap all that car path is also OB and also the green from the actual ball golf hole so I would say most people are gonna kind of try to throw it here kind of land to the left of the basket there as it's kind of where you have the most room and that's looking good and our apologies it's sometimes it's hard to again we we said it before filming red discs or black discs here comes a black one yeah it's just it's difficult so although we can see that one and we see JC smash easily 450 feet so he's gonna be OB long but do you think back for sure he was right over top of the basket so he's gonna have direct shots like happen pretty much yeah and Adams is looking pretty good here he's a little more to the left and this is looking like an unfortunate roll and he's a sit and that's just some bad luck there yeah he goes from pin high to shoot an uphill from circles edge leave it outside semi death putt - yeah that car path right behind him so we have John Collins here he's on his first throw and he just kind of turns out over that just and that was at risk of being OB over there yeah I would not be a good place to be and here he goes and that's a little wobbly out of the hand on his approach but should be manageable to save his par there we have Adam here let's see what he can do he's trying to save his par putt he definitely wants to take his time because this counts and just...
