Trevor and Connor explore how disc golf can learn from the PGA Tour, sharing their unique experience at the Wells Fargo Championship in Charlotte, North Carolina. The duo attended a PGA Tour event for the first time, comparing it to their familiar surroundings of US Disc Golf Championships (USDC) and United States Disc Golf Championship (USDGC). They discuss how the PGA Tour's success is due in part to its massive attendance, which allows them to execute elaborate operations. Notably, they highlight the efficient shuttle service, volunteer staff, and helpful event volunteers. The pair also appreciate the free pairings guide, a useful tool that streamlines the player experience. By observing the PGA Tour's strengths and strategies, Trevor and Connor provide valuable insights into how disc golf can improve its own events and operations, offering suggestions for a better fan experience.
