there's an update on The Prodigy V Burr um okay so Prodigy has dropped the request for a restraining order and preliminary injunction against Ganon Burr according to ulti world this their tagline says Prodigy is no longer demanding that courts block burr from signing with competitor I believe that was a preliminary injunction if I'm not confused there yeah um so produce withdrawn its request for that in Georgia's District Court originally the original ultimate article that came out said that Prodigy dropped the case all together that's not true yeah because that would have been much more wild news right there yeah original story said project dropped its lawsuit that was incorrect they've withdrawn their request for the restraining order and preliminary injunction to present prevent burr from signing a new endorsement deal with a competitor but the primary complaint for now is still pending um so there hasn't been any news from uh Prodigy Organics camps there's supposed to have been a hearing and I'm and I don't this to me I if they're just dropping that that almost that tells me that well a they're not dropping everything so like something is there's they're still holding the lawsuit there so they're clearly not just rolling over like this is not a you know like originally when that when the article went out saying they dropped the whole thing it was like oh like then something you know something's really gonna happen here now the the case is still standing so what this tells me is probably one of two things is gonna happen number one they dropped it because they've gotten to an understanding with Ganon that well I think either way they've gotten to an understanding with Ganon you want me to read what's in the filing yeah based on a temporary understanding understanding between plaintiff Prodigy disk Inc and defendant GB a minor buying through Michelle nisham which is his legal guardian his mom to maintain the status quo between them plaintiff hereby withdrawals without prejudice it's motion for temporary restraining order preliminary injunction and a hearing plan to preserves a right to refile refile its motion should it become necessary and reserves All rights and claims relating to or arising out of the conduct at issue in its motion so they have an understanding to maintain the status quo which I'm assuming would...
