welcome to the nick and matt show bringing the player interviews you want to hear and the hot topics you want to discuss streaming live on the foundation podcast youtube channel here's nick and matt you averaged sarah 981 over three rounds you shot your hot round uh well you shot the hot round i should say round two and round three um and you bested second place by eight strokes so can you tell us how does this one feel what do you think was the reason for this weekend's high level performance you know what i really don't even know i feel like the course uh it's it was kind of like an old school course in that we were playing the gold layout the same layout as the guys um even though they gave us they gave us three more pars on a couple of the tweeners for the men they gave us a par higher so like half the holes were like not scorable so i'm really accustomed to that kind of golf from my early years in the fpo division before they started giving us better layouts so i think i have a little bit of an advantage there because it's really you know i know not to take any risks off the tee the reward the reward is not there um on a lot of holes to take a risk so um my games my my drives have felt really solid over the last month or so so it really just executing relatively simple shots and then putting my approaches really close to the basket um that the wind was really bad the first day and i didn't put my approach as close to the basket and i my putting was completely ineffective in that in 20 mile an hour winds so i really made an effort to make sure i was putting myself on the tailwind side during the finals and or right next to the basket so um that slight adjustment was really helpful and i'm kind of surprised like i expected to be battling a little bit more with the field out there do you kind of like you kind of elaborated this on just a second ago but the higher parts that sometimes the tour gives you for the feo division different holes are part higher do you like playing...
