Portland Open Preview | Grip Locked

The Portland Open Preview | Grip Locked is an episode of the Golf Weekly Podcast that delves into the upcoming event at Blue Lake and Glendaveren. Hunter, Trevor, and Connor discuss their course preview, including the fact that Blue Lake has remained largely unchanged from its 2019 iteration, while Glendaveren has undergone a full redesign. Brody shares his insights on the courses, stating that Blue Lake is looking "exactly the same" as in 2019, but also noting potential for scoring separation. However, this contradicts Drew Gibson's impressive 27-under performance at the 2019 Portland Open. The hosts speculate about the course layout and how it may impact player strategies. With only weeks to go before the tournament, fans can expect to gain valuable insights into what to expect from Blue Lake and Glendaveren.
