so there's no rules of like not having your phone on you on the course yeah i don't i could see that becoming a rule down the road of where you know you have to leave your phones in the locker room or your car or whatever it is and and not have it on the course because i will say and again i'm probably one of the most the people on my phone probably the most because i actually keep udisk on my phone um so i'm always popping it out after every hole but uh it was whole i want to say it was whole ten tens t i texted kelsey and i literally go because i knew my front nine was terrible i just knew i didn't i mean obviously i threw the disc out bounced so many times so i literally texted kelsey i was like what spot am i in like how far have i dropped because i knew like i didn't play that well yeah and she's like it doesn't matter just keep grinding and is one of those things of where i think like what she was doing was like i don't want to let you know that you've dropped so far yeah but i do feel like my mental game has made a huge stride into being able to just dedicate all my focus on the shot that's at hand and try to execute that shot and not worry too much about um what i've done in the past yeah right so i feel like if she would have told me like hey you're in 16th place i'd i would hope to feel i believe that i wouldn't be like holy crap and then all of a sudden just go berserk and like you know really like just collapse the back nine um but yeah i think i think if you as soon as you can start trying to figure out like man i've just been shanking the crap out of my drives and they're just going left they're going left they're going left and instead of trying to like figure out like oh well i wore these new shoes and i was slipping and so like that's why i was throwing bad shots or um i mean i remember i remember complaining one round that my shirt was too tight and...
