Paige Pierce shares her thoughts on the issues at Worlds, discussing concerns and criticisms she had leading up to the event. welcome to the nick and matt show bringing the player interviews you want to hear and the hot topics you want to discuss streaming live on the foundation podcast youtube channel here's nick and matt there's quite a bit of work uh people sharing on social media leading up to worlds and including some of the top known competitors in the sport issues that they were having with worlds leading into it you also were one of those vocal in the u.s women's the major uh i guess apparently two months ago um and you were pretty vocal but leading into worlds i didn't see very much out of you was that a strategic decision to keep focus or what was going on did you do you have any issues with what happened at worlds um yeah i do have some some feedback for the for the crew and for the pdj um but i told myself you know i was uh i was hearing a bunch of it from my fellow competitors and peers and it was some excuse something that i decided that it wasn't going to change um it wasn't going to change prior to the event it wasn't going to change during the event so let's just swallow it and get through it we all have to play the same course and all we can do is just play um with that being said i did have a conversation with a pdj representative after round one and uh you know i had just come off a round that i was beaming from uh not only my score i did open up the world championships with a thousand rated round but it really it was i just got to play with julianna korver chris and tatar and kona panus and it was like absolutely my dream card and to finish out the round shooting thousand rated i was beaming um and i was headed to pick up my dad from the airport he was going to join me and my brother and his new family was going to join me as well and a pdj representative walked up to me and introduced himself he said he was new and um you know basically said like hey let me know if there's if you have any feedback any critiques or criticisms and uh you know we want we...
