this show we're talking about the good the bad and the ugly of the world championships um we're gonna start off with good because i i want everyone's memory of this world long term to be good there's a lot of good and there was so much good that i want to make sure we focus on that and we're very positive about that when we talk about the bad and the ugly which was some of the stuff that went on behind the scenes i also want to make sure that we hit it with uh you know a way to fix it our opinion on what we can do to move forward so we don't just focus on negative and walk away as a bunch of debbie downers um you know all sad after this episode but one thing we're not going to be sad about is this beginning so let's start off with the high note here most exciting finish if you've never if you haven't seen it a i don't i don't know what rock you're living under it has been on every single sports platform there is known to man um james conrad wins his first world championship in a playoff over paul macbeth we also had nate sexton come in third which is a whole another storyline but um possibly the biggest winner overall from this event in my opinion is actually the sport itself because james comrade threw the greatest shot of all time period on hole 18. some people called it lucky uh but what wasn't lucky for sure is he put himself in a position to make it happen he's one of the best putter throwers on the face of the earth so i mean with the moment and everything built up the shot was basically impossible you know you have one shot from like 250 feet world championship title on the line but when it comes to the shot itself it's no surprise that james comrade was able to execute that shot but yeah then it's like i was saying earlier it's been shared on so many major platforms and one thing too pardon my take the largest sports podcast in the world called it not just like a really clutch shot whatever they call it the most clutch play ever in any sport i thought you know i've listened...
