we now have Jeff spring of the disc golf pro tour joining us again here on tour life Jeff we appreciate I know you're on the west coast so busy with conferences out there we appreciate you uh jumping on here yeah no problem hopefully uh you guys can hear me okay I'm out at the sports ETA Symposium trying to uh work with some sports commissions from uh cities across the country but uh happy to jump in and thanks for having me of course so obviously this past week I don't think anyone can expect something like that to happen and I don't know if there was Protocols of how the pro tour was going to handle it in place already but can you just for the people that might be listening and not know exactly what went down can you just start to finish of what happened to you know where we're at now of the situation yeah happy to jump in I'd love to start by um you know saying that we did put a statement out about this and so you can go to the website and read uh most of what we're able to say you know and the other thing is that we worked directly with Metro Police and and there's an ongoing investigation um with Nashville PD and and Metro Police um you know and they've advised us on you know maybe not disclosing too many details so I'll I'll share what I can um you know I also want to clarify that there was no specific threat so you know I think that maybe some language about a mass shooting threat threat got out there and that's not the case it it was targeted at uh one of the competitors in in the event um and so you know you asked about the timeline um we do have security protocols on site and uh we basically notified the police department as soon as we got a threat in and it came to the tournament director that morning um so that we bumped it right up to the the police department which you know before each event we talk to EMS and police from the local city or municipality and make sure that they're aware that we're having an event make sure that we have a a recognition and a quick line...
