welcome to the nick and matt show bringing the player interviews you want to hear and the hot topics you want to discuss streaming live on the foundation podcast youtube channel here's nick and matt all right so um let's do this because the european championships is obviously a big deal um i wish our time zones weren't so crazy because right now i'd love to be talking to some of them i know believe me it's we're trying for everyone that's been messaging us about getting all these european players and getting on these estonian players and everything like that believe me we are trying but it is a struggle at the moment but so i do we're trying to get another player yeah i do want to give them the shout outs even though i'm going to butcher their names the way that they do when they talk about american names and it's great i love it but uh nicholas and i think that's probably to say something along those lines nikolas antila uh from finland wins it excellent um he shot at least 1068 rated round better than his average um performed really well i'm gonna give the top three here linus carlson and jonah heinenen and then seventh place simon lizas simon lizotte was the previous winner in 2018 yeah seventh place finish 15 strokes back simon we love you hope you had a good time over there i was rooting hardcore for simon it was awesome to see him kind of like come out of the gates i think he was tied for the lead or maybe a few strokes back of it or something like that um but i'm also really impressed with seeing silver lot who's a good buddy of mine he played great and then also albert tom he ended up playing well towards the end of the event um squeaking in a top 25 finish still uh seppo piu we actually haven't talked about seppo too much this year seppo has actually been uh playing out there but normally he is playing in the u.s but with everything going on we obviously haven't been able i said my word again we unfortunately have not been able to see seppo's name too too much but yeah incredible performance by nicholas and hopefully that's how i pronounce his name i think it's ba...
