hey guys hunter here with foundation disc golf and in today's video i'm in my backyard i'm just going to be showing you a few different cutter drills that you can implement into your practice schedule to really step up your putter game so this first drill is actually how i warm up for tournaments as well as one of my main practice drills all you're gonna need is two putters and then you're just gonna need any random disc out of your bag this happens to be another putter but that doesn't really matter so what you're gonna do is you're gonna walk to about 15 feet from the basket um stupid plane you're gonna walk to about 15 feet from the basket and put your disc down and then you're gonna putt from it with your two putters uh if you make both you flip the disc over farther away from the basket if you miss one you leave the disc where it is you miss both you flip the disc forward towards the basket so what this does is it helps you really dial in on your putting distance and it works on the areas that you're going to be more uncomfortable with because as you make a bunch you're going to keep moving back until you get to the point that you're missing one or both and then it'll kind of keep you in that area of um where you're a little bit more uncomfortable on the putting green it'll get you more reps there this is a great one also to use warming up for tournaments to get more reps in um and be focused on the areas that you're going to need to make putts during the tournament in order to put yourself in contention so this is a great one especially if you only have two putters that's all it takes so that's the first one and i'll go ahead and demonstrate that a little bit right now all right so you know obviously i'm at a close distance so i'm probably not going to miss too many of these but you want to start there to really get your reps in um within your comfort zone and then it will slowly push you outside of your comfort zone so let's go on to the next drill all right so this next drill...
