uh all right so we're gonna hop into a you know kind of a new segment here this is gonna be kind of just like a test thing i basically we're going to call this disc golf help center um i basically went on reddit and was you get a lot of people asking questions on reddit oh okay and just looking for answers and a lot of people giving good answers sometimes not good answers but i found one that kind of interested me because it's irrelevant to me so this person was asking how long and or how many tournaments did you play before nerves were less of a factor than your actual performance and this is like that that like hit home with me because for really all of my disc golf career i've always felt like nerves had all the effect on my performance in a disc golf tournament not actually how i played because any time that i've like like nerves for me had always been so severe when i was playing tournaments that it could take over my whole body like i would be it didn't matter how much i had practiced how good i was if i was very nervous i was not making any putts i was not hitting any lines like and i've had some very bad experiences with it um i've just now i've i haven't played the last tournament i played that was competitive it was a flex start so it wasn't that competitive but i played pretty well i think i took like second or third at it and that one was pretty casual but i i wouldn't know what it would feel like for me if i went to the last time i played a competitive tournament it did not work out like i was very nervous my my thing is i i've slowly gotten better with this because um i play on camera a lot and i play in front of you know we do foundation versus nation and that kind of thing i'm playing in front of a lot of people when we do the bogey bro battles i'm playing with a lot of pressure like monthly matches so i've gotten so much practice under pressure but honestly what i think it comes down to for me is i have and this is like kind...
