This year's United States Disc Golf Championship promises to be an exciting event, and our hosts are here to give you the inside scoop. hello everyone and welcome to the disc golf preview show for the United States disc golf championships we are here on the grounds at Winthrop super excited I'm your host Hunter joined as always by Trevor pretty exciting to be down here this year Trevor yeah it's uh always exciting to be on this property it's really cool to be able to do the show on site today uh beautiful day already everything is kind of in the Calm before the storm right now you got all the the vending tents set up players are practicing um saw Ricky Park hole six behind us twice in a row looking absolutely dangerous so it's uh it's cool to be here again it's a very cool environment reminder if you're going to be down here don't forget to check out we're gonna be doing these preview shows every day live if you're down here on the stage 9 A.M eastern time so if you're down here again be sure to tune in if not just check out the YouTube channel should be posted around 12 or 1 every day but Winthrop gold Winthrop Arena the course here not too many changes that we're looking at you know historically this course has been known for drastic changes every year yeah this year just a few subtle changes uh we saw this last year but alt pins again will be in play with apins playing about 100 feet longer they'll be in play days one and four B pins will be 2 and three and then the hazard first change Hazard on hole three OB this year yeah gonna make things slightly more difficult but realistically not too bad all in all I feel like um another thing that I noticed according to the caddy book hole nine it looks like they beefed up the rocks in front of the green I don't know if that's true or not the caddy book just looks a lot different there hole seven the t-pads elevated a few feet again I don't think that's really going to change how it plays too much and then there's a new B pin on hole 13 that is in the typical Landing zone for the old par-5 location across the parking lot but the rest of the course seems pretty identical yeah um it doesn't look like if you're a...
