so before i start talking about the exact specifics of what i eat in a single day i kind of want to just say that with overall health in mind i think that diet is kind of the most important part of that obviously exercise helps a little bit but not even close to as much as diet helps so especially if you're trying to lose weight shed a few pounds you've got to get the diet in check to uh to lose that weight it's really hard to do with just exercise so you got to eat right and i think plant-based is the way to go i think cut out all animal products all processed foods all packaged foods if you can eat a whole food plant-based diet that is the best way to lose weight and be healthy also with on a plant-based diet you can eat as much as you want and not even worry about gaining weight it's kind of insane it's like a hack basically and that's because most plants are super high in fiber so your body will just pass whatever does not need with that being said let's get let's jump right into it and we'll start off with what i usually eat for breakfast unto our last season all i would have for breakfast usually was creatine and a couple of apples but now during this offseason i've been having two peanut butter and honey sandwiches um i use whole wheat 100 whole wheat flour that's a must and then i use i use this peanut bottle which isn't the best since it has sugar in it but it's super cheap and uh it is what it is also honey which makes makes me technically not vegan but i like it so it is what it is and then i uh i also you know obviously i keep using creatine um creatine is really a lot more beneficial to vegans than it is for non-vegan since in meat you actually get some creatine so this has definitely helped me a little bit gain muscle um hard to kind of tell but i think it has helped and then also this uh superfoods blend so i don't need apples anymore really i'd kind of just take this which this has a bunch of fruit and vegetables in it has like leafy greens...
