all right guys welcome back to the channel uh about a month ago i had a video talking about my walkout routine in that video i did an upper body so this is gonna be the lower body split everything's gonna be kind of the same as in that video i'll put that on the screen um two-day split all that stuff but today i just want to show you guys my lower body i've got my brother here with me he's got some actual lags to show off see oh my gosh and uh yeah so i'm gonna show what he does what i do and encounters some of the exercises um i know you guys think i skipped lag day but i actually don't i'm just kind of in the process of actually building them and hopefully get to that level at some point so let's jump right into it let's do it i typically start off with leg extensions and i usually do single leg because one the machine can't go high enough for two legs and i feel like i can just kind of isolate each muscle wall with just a single i'll set the weight for the one leg and then i'll just do some reps with both legs to kind of get them warmed up don't worry all right just to get them warmed up and going and now i'm going to the actual set so let's hit that right now all right time for that i'll do two more sets make it three sets total i'll switch to the next exercise obviously taking enough break in between each set something i noticed you don't see it's way total forward and i had it why do you think that is anybody can go away because obviously it obviously is i don't know this is the way i started doing it i i think like pretty much from the beginning um i don't know if it caught my knees less it just maybe it seemed more mechanically advantaged um that makes sense but i just like the back because i think i tried both ways right away and i just like the spot on give it a go there we go oh see i'm i'm out i'm long just as long as you just as i'm going along with you guys why would you get...
