alright what's up guys so obviously you already know this challenge so I'm just gonna skip everything and just jump right into it I've got my mom here today helping me with catch cam so that's nice you can see my my soccer ball is made out of electrical cord so that's cool but yeah let's go alright thirty minutes let's go doom bolt to baby let's call about half a ton let's go okay silver nine minutes law what a walkout go home that's really good oh my gosh that's dull my body is so done oh my gosh all right that is it wow that's so tiring good well what a good challenge holy smokes that's fun it's so tiring right I'll add them up pick up my desk now we'll check in alright so that is it for the challenge a super fun challenge really really kind of tough on the cardio side I don't really ever do cardio so it was definitely challenge in that aspect it definitely helped like a bunch of disks to so that you know I didn't have to keep running back and forth you know like super often but I think I got to the 500 foot mark Judas said it was like 510 so I might have had a little bit extra spacing in between each disk but that's alright yeah super fun challenge definitely recommend trying it if you guys want to see more videos like this definitely you know like subscribe do what you got to do but yeah thanks for watching I will see you in the next one
