one word to describe this course i kind of want to say unforgiving demanding i'd have to say deceiving you can throw what you think's the perfect line it might be a tree you didn't see you might be in a position you thought was great dog would play some tricks on you for texas it's a very unique course we don't get a lot of courses like this this is the piney woods you've got these tall pine trees you know it's not really there's not a lot of shrubbery on the sides of them dogwood's got so many shots on it it's it tests your game in every aspect it'll make you use your whole bag you're gonna you're gonna use your your turning left and right shots there's gonna be a lot of scrambling a lot of a lot of finesse shots there's not very many holes you can really open up your arm on everybody's gonna have some bad shots out here you know everybody's gonna have some bad kicks take that with a grain of salt get back on track and clear your head space and not let that get to you because it's so easy to do out here a lot of the big names that never been here to tyler are playing dogwood and i'm just excited to see what they think and see what uh hot scores we can get out there it's been a really long time since we've had a national tour in texas i think tyler texas is very deserving we really bust our butt out here to make sure that these courses look the best they can and hopefully perform and play the best they can if you want to test your limits and you want to touch your golf game i think that's this dog was the place to do it you
