welcome to a special edition of this week in disc golf it's thursday september 1st and i join you from the emporia country club where we are through three rounds of action at the world championships in the fpo division the mpo action is taking place right now over at the jones supreme court about five minutes here from here at the country club i'm charlie eisenhood and really this week it's all about the world championships as we take a look at our leaderboard right now in fpo through three rounds hannah blamrous and kristen tatar are tied at the top by a stroke evelina saladin one shot back it is the first time ever that there is a trio of european players atop the leaderboard at the end of a round at the world championships hall and hanley will be on the lead card for the fourth round over here at the country club valerie mandejano paige pierce who's chasing her sixth world title missy gannon and owen scoggins will be on the chase card it looks like paige pierce will be the only player who has a chance to win an additional world title everybody else chasing their first so action will continue tomorrow morning in mpo we will see shortly from now the lead card tee off for round number three tristan tanner and aaron gossage are your leaders at 20 under tristan tanner playing out of the b pool shot a 13 under in round one in order to get himself into the early lead and then he followed it up with a seven under to get to the top of the leaderboard and make his way into the a pool along with aaron gossage and his power forehands calvin heinberg and paul macbeth also on the lead card and macbeth chasing his sixth world title calvin heinberg gossage and tanner all chasing their first major title garrett gerthy ricky wysocki gavin babcock and chris clemons are on the chase card today and a lot of players still there tied for sixth place ezra aiderhold and evil mcmahon at 16 under it's been exciting action so far men playing joe supreme today weather conditions have been beautiful this weekend we've seen sunshine highs in the 90s not much wind not too much humidity a real far cry from what we saw back at the dynamic...
