for me it's really just trying to visualize my shot and get my breath under control trying to just really let everything besides the basket kind of bleed away and have all my attention right there on the basket right where i want to hit once i get on the course and i'm playing disc golf it's only about me i want to make sure that i'm in my body like 100 and then that's going to allow me to just play my best i try to focus on what i can control in each and every moment that allows me to not make the moment too big if i'm feeling a little hesitant or nervous i tell myself it sounds so funny but i said all the confidence in the world and i forget all the crap or doubt that's going through my head and it just like puts me in that like zone on a perfect throw for me i have no thoughts in my brain and that is when i'm throwing the best golf is when i just find that flow state that's the most fun for me to feel that pressure and to have to execute through that it's years and years and years of a culmination of hard work that goes into that one shot they kind of the energy kind of comes out if i even think in my head that i have a chance to win then that's that's all that matters for me so it's going to be a building block for me each tournament trying to play as best as i possibly can i'm definitely out here playing for titles there's just something about being competitive and competing for the win that definitely drives me i'm excited to have those opportunities to get my first big win i know that that's in reach i'm ready to take home a couple big wins i'm really excited disc golf is family man we're growing the sport and everyone loves to see bombs so that's what i'm going to continue to do i want to bring an intensity of the course i want there to almost portray this horror just be like he's here to play if i can keep that at a high level throughout the year i think there's only success if i play my best i'll be the best i'm still...
