Disc golf is back in Charlotte, Hornet's Nest, home to some of the most iconic moments in our sports history. With the Pro Tour back in Charlotte, let's walk through some of the most historic holes that have helped shape the new era of disc golf. [music] This is the breakdown. In 2012, Paul McBeth was crowned world champion for the first time right here on this green. And as players get better, courses have to get harder. A redesign was made here on 18, and if you're lucky, you could be crowned champion on Sunday right behind me. Hornet's Nest isn't about power. It's about accuracy, consistency, and resilience. Whoever can do those three things will have a chance to be crowned champion. Hole 16 is one of the most beautiful holes we have in disc golf, but don't let the looks deceive [music] you. It's also one of the most dangerous. Tight tee, fast green, and you have to clear water. This hole has made champions and cost people the tournament. [music] Old hole two, now hole 16, the pressure, it'll be mounting. Hornet's Nest doesn't care what your name is or how many titles you have. A Cinderella story happened right here on hole 14's green. And if you play three great rounds, your life could change forever. Hornet's Nest has tested professionals for over a decade, and it will again [music] this weekend at the Queen City Classic.
