A dominant performance in round one by Ganon Burr has him with a six-shot lead heading into the weekend here at the Kansas City Wide Open presented by Grip EQ and Underpar. We are at the Bad Rock Creek course just outside Kansas City in Liberty, Missouri. Putter looks fantastic. And that might be that secondary aggressive play. Trying to play into that cluster of trees for a jump hut. Okay. Yes. Bounces onto the green. That's a huge T- shot. I actually am wondering if he's going to be in line with those Guardians out in the distance. McBth through the trees. Cans the birdie. We go to the fourth. Aderold had a huge T-OT. That's the beauty of going long in that uh that opening. You can just throw the big hiser. So much space on the right side. Soft landing shot from Wrathbun. That's going to be a birdie look as well. A lot of hot shooting to start this round. It's kind of what we're wanting to see. I want people to challenge Ganon. I want Ganon to feel some pressure. Eight or hold. Oh, and he's got a putt. If Ganon doesn't say anything after he throws his shot, you know it's going to be good. He parks it. Kyle getting a little aggressive. That needs to check up. Uh yeah, that's going to check up. Beautiful shot. Ganon was almost in the identical spot yesterday. Joey second on eight up the hill money. How about this T-shot from Kyle? Is that going to have enough? Oh yeah. 25-footer for birdie McBth. Oh, he puts it in. Come on. Here it is from the Flight Factory drone. Oh my gosh. What a moment from out of the bushes and Weissaki drains it. line cutting the corner and spikes it on the green. Bullseye hit for Kyle. So, it's gonna have to be uh really carving around some trees. And Kyle has just done it. Paul now going to try to duplicate that shot. Oh, yeah. Uh these guys are good. Canon just outside the circle. Yes. almost pull that front shoulder down at the end. That's the line. Beautiful. Still one of the best rounds going on the course and he's parked on the ninth. Sweet shot. Looking at the weather tomorrow, I have played rounds on tour that have rained for 18 straight holes...
