Round 2 Highlights, FPO | Green Mountain Championship
Join us at Smuggler's Notch Resort for Day 2 of the 2022 Green Mountain Championship Presented by Disc Craft. The Fox Run Meadows course offers a unique contrast to yesterday's Brewster Ridge, and competitors are taking advantage of its challenges. Masters champion Tim Salinski and newcomer Own Scoggins are showcasing their putting skills on this high-banked green. Kristen Guitar makes a big putt from Circle 2, while Missy Gannon starts strong with two birdies in a row. The wind is pushing the discs down, making them more stable, as players like Hannah Kenna and Terry take advantage of the conditions. Meanwhile, Stacy Ronsley is on fire, converting putts on nine and ten holes. good morning everyone and welcome back to smuggler's notch resort we're here for day number two of the 2022 green mountain championship presented by disc craft today our players will move over to the fox run meadows course a very different contrast from what we saw yesterday from the tightly wooded brewster ridge and your us masters tim salinski masters champion from last weekend own scoggins and doing what own does which is making putts this high right side is not a common place you see competitors taking putts from but it doesn't matter where you put kristen guitar big putt from circle 2 to open her second round well there's that missy gannon's gonna have a tap in birdie starting out two for two here at the fox run meadows course and what a great start missy gannon is off to today the tailwind it's pushing the discs down it is making them more stable these first two drives that's as good as it gets on point for hannah kenna looking to pick up her first birdie of the round oh sorry terry if you've got the sidearm i think that is such an excellent play no no matter what the wind's going to do it's going to fade back inbounds and near the pin and big money missy getting it done picking up yet another birdie she's four under through the first six i heard plenty of cheering not only her first birdie but a dangerous putt at that with ob not far behind the basket stacy ronsley getting the putter going back to back on nine and ten and this is a perfect line by hannah oh my gosh that is so good halfway through the flight just the way it was on the line that it was with the stability you could tell that was going to be a great shot by hannah as she hits the stand underneath the basket and she will have a drop in birdie and that will push her to five under here's kristen great angle here from just outside the circle just inside the basket no problems for kristin picking up another birdie here on hole 10 that's her fourth of the round she's had five under think of what it's like standing in henna shoot she's going okay kristen is so far out i'm right here inside the circle...
