having gotten into the game close to 30 years ago it's pretty insane to see how much we've grown as a sport during the lockdown we had so many new disc golfers catch the feeling that we all had now that's getting for more money more clout more points more everything you know it matters more we grow as athletes and we grow as a brand you have to go all in when it comes to professional sports that's exactly what it takes that's awesome obviously i'm feeling a lot of pressure going into these first few events but at the same time i am feeling so much love for my new company ah kids thanks kona all right we'll see out there at the top of our very talented field the 16 year old disc golf prodigy in ghana are we watching the next superstar in pistol right now looks like we are my friend it kind of feels weird you know knowing that this is my life school in a way is like almost like an extra thing there's a big spot right here if i win the world championships it's very apparent now that we are on the brink each event can really become a huge impact on your career winning percentage is a lot higher than most athletes in any other sport so when i don't have a win for months i definitely notice it's all or nothing if anybody's going to do it it's you right now and it's yourself and that's all that played in my head was hitting that one spot on the green i just kept thinking if i keep playing my game i don't think anyone in the world is playing better than me right now when i started playing disc golf i didn't think it would be possible to have this as a career it's changed over the last couple of years this is a different world like this is a different sport now really you
