well folks the sun has set officially on the great state of Texas and the 2024 open at Austin is complete and your Champion Nicholas Ana is joining me here in the booth Nicholas you got the big cowboy hat on the dust has settled now after that really emotional Moment On The Green the fans are gone how are you feeling right now dude I can't believe what just happened um this has been three of mine for like maybe two years now to Wi in you as on the Disco of protor and uh there's been like so many close calls second placees so many mistakes on the way but it's really hard now le let's talk about those second place finishes it felt like they came with a lot of drama almost every time I think back to the 2022 usdgc against Ganon we saw you on the green of 18 just sitting there blank face when you have those second place finishes where you come so close do you take them very person or do you try to brush them off what what happens when you when you place like that I feel like um all the close class and second places like teach you a lot more than like winning like smaller tournaments uh I feel like when I'm like on the biggest tour and I can play against the best players um and also lose against those guys um because you can see from so close that what do you need to do to win and uh I felt like I learned a lot from those and it's so today you looked at me yesterday and you said Brian when you interview me tomorrow it's not going to be the same interview as what happened at Waco they made you come over to the booth at Waco and you were not looking happy after that interview with me what happened what what kind of work did you put in to take down this Victory this week I don't know I felt like the last 24 hours has gone past like so fast uh I didn't even know if I slept at all or I have been eating so bad um even though I am hungry at all like all the time I can't eat anything uh I need to thank thas uh for getting...
