welcome to beautiful santa cruz california for the masters cup presented by innova champion discs i am ian anderson hanging out with philo brathwaite what it do everybody and finally we get to hear you but we get to see you today as well my friend whose idea was this it wasn't mine man don't pin this on me we also have paul macbeth we have the am winner and andrew miranda and adam hammes adam hamis took it down last time around that's right yeah a returning champion thank you heck of a talent man when he's firing on all cylinders the ceiling is limit no doubt and andrew randa just 16 years old thousand rated am killing it got some game he had to watch yeah it's gonna be fun we've seen it but watch it again yeah there we go hole one it is a doozy of a way to start your day sir yes classic de la viega hole you know uphill got all these railroad types to navigate some trees got double mandatory which new pdga rule if you hit and roll backwards past and on the opposite side you didn't make it so you got to keep that in mind obviously very protected green lots of slopes you know rollaway potential stuff like that so gotta throw a good one to get things going before that uh we're from nate das standing on the first tee every time i play de la viega is a sense of history there's been so many people that have come through here to play disc golf well at de la villega you need to know this place you need to kind of understand how to play disc golf there where to land short where to land long where to land left and where to land right and sometimes if you're on the wrong side of that you a might not find your disc or b find yourself at the bottom of a canyon just to even get your disc back and you might look at it whole on the the scorecard and say okay you might think you need a fairway driver maybe even a longer driver but because of the way the course plays you can land 40 50 feet short and slide it up to 15 feet short and make a 15 foot putt to sum...
