hey there welcome to the disc golf network's coverage of the 2022 santa cruz masters cup presented by innova we are catching our fpo lead card on the final round here at the de la viega golf course disc golf course i'm ella hansen and i'm raymond klein we're going into uh round three i have a three stroke lead over owen scoggins and we're going to be joined by maria oliva and jessica wiese on the lead card we're starting off this round with hole one it's a par three 335 feet it's fairly open the cart path is not out of bounds you're going to see some players taking a forehand approach swinging it wide and trying to get a skip toward the green or a lot of backhand turnovers that'll land a little bit flat and hopefully slide up for that bid at a birdie all right welcome to the 2022 masters cup this is the lead card in the women's pro division first on the t from seattle washington ella hansen i'm throwing that backhand turnover line with a super flippy mid just trying to scoot it up inside the circle that's a great shot next on the t from los angeles own scoggins owen's gonna show us the forehand line with the low approach getting a good tree there honestly that uh area down to the right is mixed on the tee from browlitt maria oliva maria taking the backhand turnover with a little bit more of a stable disc and executes it nicely getting inside circle two from grass valley california jessica you can see this morning it was incredibly foggy on the course for like the first 45 minutes to an hour i would say got a little chilly out there just also going with the forehand also a little bit inside but she'll have an opening up to the basket oh looking like she shot yep a little bit far on that approach she settles just at the edge of circle one unlike the course uh for the last two days the greens are not nearly as treacherous for their elevation change but a lot of baskets are going to be really tight to sand traps which are playing as hazards and this green like a few on the front half of the course is going to have that rough down kind...
