the This Side of Heaven at this point is one of those courses that we look forward to every year both as players and as fans because the holes have just grown on us they've become iconic and over the years Brian the course hasn't changed that much until this year this is the year where the most significant changes both on the course but more importantly the flow this year Brian and I want to talk in depth with with you about the flow Brian walk us through what has changed outside so we talked to the tournament director Brad pets and he said that even before the end of last year's tournament here at Jonesboro this flow change was already on the docket so they brought hole one in Tournament Central up to what's called party Hill which is the best vantage point on the entire property you're at the highest point on the course and now you can look down and see multiple holes of disc golf so now instead of starting in hole one or at least the old hole one which is now hole number 11 we are now starting on the iconic hole number 14 of the old course uh which is this beautiful downhill Valley shot Par Four for the women an eable par 4 for the women and a really entertaining par three for the no field uh so I think personally that change in itself uh makes it a much more exciting track the flow actually makes a little bit more sense than it did in the the past um and I'm really excited to see how things change but Nate psychologically a few of the changes might might uh take an effect on the players as well yeah I think that in an Ideal World Brian the flow of a golf course really shouldn't affect the mind of the player right but we know that it does we heard Calvin heberg and C merch weed heard them talking about the flow and for me whole 14 that down Hill shot which is now whole one it used to be you know late in the round and people were had some data about how they were playing and whether or not they were going to feel comfortable attacking or not now it's at the very beginning of the round I think...
