hey Johnny how's it going I'm fine I'm fine so you've talked about how this course we're out here at toboggan is is it your absolute favorite I've heard somebody say it's it's up there is it your favorite my favorite course to play it's more like an athletic game out here you know you get really tired you know you did yeah for sure by the end of the third day you're really gonna know you did something you know coming down the last couple holes of the tournament you're definitely gonna be feeling it's gonna be walking climbing up a hill and uh trying to make things happen for you so okay so you've been in disc golf for a long time if we went to your life pre disc off what was what were you up to what were you doing how did you how did you feed that athletic urge inside of you I played soccer for most of my life my younger life anyway I uh played high school soccer went to college on a soccer scholarship and then uh played semi-pro soccer after that and then I found disc golf my brother moved down from massive shoot in Massachusetts and uh he showed me the game we started playing and fell in love with it I loved the flight of the frisbee was what drew me to the game just getting to manipulate it just to do what you wanted to do was exciting okay so based on your kind of disc golf aggressive nature I'm gonna guess you were a striker of some kind or forward and in soccer yeah actually you know when I was younger I was I've started off up front and played striker and then as I got older when I was in like middle school and stuff I played midfield I used to run all over the place I running it was fun for me just like making putts is fun for me now and then when I got into college I played a defense actually I used to cover the other teams best players well that's quite the challenge yeah so when you're when you're faced with some sort of sporting thing do you want that hardest challenge possible is that what you thrive under absolutely I mean when I was a kid I played with the...
