FPO Round 3, Part 2 - The Vibram Open at Maple Hill
Watch as Valerie Jenkins dominates Hole 7 of the Vibram Open at Maple Hill, carding six pars in a row and setting herself up for a birdie chance from just 35 feet away. Meanwhile, Katrina Allen and Paige Pierce showcase their skills with impressive shots, including Allen's straight-up gap shot and Pierce's tricky approach to the green. The ladies' solid play is putting pressure on the rest of the field as they move into the final stretch of the round. As the competition heats up, strategies come into play - like Vanessa van Dyken's smart decision to avoid bringing water into play, and Paige's bold attempt to cut down the lead. The men are also making their move, with 27 holes still to go in the challenge to catch Jenkins' early lead.

we move on to hole seven Valerie Jenkins with six pars in a row this is a gettable par-3 280 feet slight rise she curves that one off left she's gonna have about 35 feet for birdie Katrina Allen straight up the gap actually goes past the pin a great shot by Katrina Allen page Pierce whoop that's off to the right high xoring back that is a local root by Paige beers she finds that root that's why you show up early folks and Vanessa van Dyken Oh a tough kick at the end let's watch these ladies putt for birdie page Pierce Hart and Valerie Jenkins first birdie of the round six pars one birdie she leads by four back to the men we advanced a whole eight this is about 250 feet over the water to clear the pins about 260 feet this is an gettable birdie and valerie brings those trees to the right in play that was a very lucky shot to get through those trees page Pierce puts it on the green very nicely Oh a tough bounce she's behind that tree she'll have a tough look at birdie but she can hit that putt katrina allen is short looks like she was playing the hyzer and just didn't pull it right enough a very tough break for katrina Allen Vanessa van Dyken does not want to leave it short but she does got a couple of players throwing from the OB drop zone they'll have easy bogies giving up at least one potentially strokes to Valerie let's see if Valerie can capitalize a pretty smart shot not bringing the water into play at all page Pierce running it and going OB instead of cutting the lead to three she raises it to five we're moving on to hole 9 let's see the men finish eight with 27 holes to go Valerie Jenkins is putting on a clinic as to how to win a tournament get a lead the first round and play solid and consistent the rest of the way all pars one birdie Katrina and Paige are pushing trying to catch her carding multiple birdies and multiple bogies and we end up in the same place we started here's Paige versus second shot on this dogleg left to right she gets hung up in a tree it was a good run just...
