and rounding out our lead card one-time distance world champion throwing over 850 feet David Wiggins there was this kid we can call him a kid because he's 14 years old who was going to be swinging on the swing sets up until two minutes was called he'd fly off the swings run to the Tee Box and then he was going to beat you and that was David Williams this little kid who's just Stout I mean you grew up with basically every single distance record that you could possibly have he is a power machine you know his game impresses me all the way across the board you know he's really natural putter don't throw a country mild unbelievably far just an insane Talent David Wiggins here still everything he was just built to throw a disc foreign I'm David Wiggins from High Point North Carolina currently living here in New Orleans Louisiana I'm the current world record distance holder at 1108 feet and we're on a boat boats and the water have always been a big part of my life ever since I was a little kid it was always disc golf and fishing or disc golfing going on the boat and I knew that at some point I wanted to pursue that as well my mom wanted me to go to college because at the time you know disc golfers were living from tournament to tournament I decided if I was going to go to college I'd want to go for something that I really wouldn't mind doing if I had to for the rest of my life which was boat and ship design and Engineering so that's what I ended up doing did that sound go away I think it did I had a couple choices for school it was here in Michigan or New York and I really liked the outdoors and being able to be outside most of the year so sweet New Orleans was a good choice I enjoy it down here and still down here to this day give us a little shove off of that one foreign my family moved from Bakersfield California over to High Point North Carolina and kind of stumbled into the whole disc golf thing my dad never played prior to that he was out walking around near the neighborhood found the course and at the...
