you know it's super special when you step on this property but the more you time you spend out here it even grows more on you even here it is your chess.com Champion Anthony to go a let's go a congratulations let's give it up one more time for the chess.com Invitational presented by disra npl winner Anthony Barella Anthony Barella you've done it man you finally did it you've been in this position many times before but you made it happen today what's it like being that guy that everyone thinks is going to win all these tournaments and it just hasn't happened for you yet what are those expectations like um it's kind of hard but I mean all that's behind me now it's a new beginning and I got it done and no one can take that away from me what so what was it like like like last night like are you feeling pressure or are you feeling just relaxed and confident when we were interviewing you earlier in the week we saw a different look in your eye you you just you you said to us that you had been working on the mental game a little bit can you actually expand on on what that looked like for you this offseason yeah so I started doing a ton of ice baths and stuff like that and then I started actually like going to steam rooms and meditating a little bit and it just helps me get relaxed and I would just find that relaxed place and it just helped me this week execute all my shots were you able to stay relaxed out there today or did the nerves ever creep in at any point uh the nerves I was just I knew it was going to come down to that second shot on whole 18 so that was probably my most nervous point of the day but I just used that to my advantage and just really just focused I didn't really think about disc golf I just thought about competition and execution and I made it happen well listening to the broadcast Pho mentioned one thing that I also noted that we didn't actually hear anything out of your mouth like all weekend like normally we're we're hearing you being a little frustrated in your shots you kind of talking to yourself...
