jones park means the world to me to be honest with you um i grew up in emporia i actually grew up in the neighborhood that i live in now and that's literally a par 5 from jones park getting a big championship level course there is just icing on the cake so i started playing in for jones gold honestly not that terribly long ago like i said we used to play a lot of safari out there having a beginner friendly which jones west kind of is and then jones east is kind of like a step up more of an advanced level for the pros now at least it was a true pro course back then you know and it's a lot different now it's a different game now it wasn't that long ago that i really had a vision on setting 18 whole course through that entire park and we've succeeded with it i think we do have some big beautiful rolling hills some natural it's placement golf if you can throw your tee shot throw your approach where you want and hit your putt you're gonna score you
