Here are your candidates for the 2025 Disc Golf Pro Tour Comeback Player of the Year Award in the FPO Division. Katrina Allen, Paige Pierce, Valerie Manduhano, Madison Walker, and the winner is Paige Pierce. What is a comeback to a legend like Paige? For most athletes, a comeback is about returning to form. For Paige Pierce, it's about simply returning to the course after a long recovery and immediately helping to elevate an entire division. Her legacy was written long before 2025, but this season, she reminded us why she's one of the greatest to ever play. She finished sixth place in the Disc Golf Pro Tour standings with a dramatic playoff victory at the Green Mountain Championships in Vermont. >> Hey everyone, I just found out that I've been awarded the Disc Golf Pro Tours comeback player of the year. This means a lot to me. You know, a lot of times you have a goal and I have to say this wasn't one, right? I never knew what life had in store for me. I didn't know that I was going to have an injury that caused me to end my season. And in that moment, I thought maybe career ending. So, it means a lot to me to be on the upswing again and to be coming back and establishing myself as still one of the players to beat. I was able to capture a few wins since my injury.
