so one thing I want you guys to know that's important is there's not one specific way of throwing a hammer just like any other throw um two my mentors actually Tim Garrett and Kurt Gibson they both have amazing Hammers and they both throw them completely different Tim likes to stand very vertical he likes to keep the disc very vertical and so when he throws his hammer the disc curves a lot and comes in Kurt on the other hand he likes to step out okay he steps out here bends his body and he throws is more flat and on a line they both are very effective mine is somewhere in the middle but the idea is work to see what works best for you guys all right so the first Hammer I'm going to throw is the Tim Garrett Hammer all right now the next Hammer I'm going to throw is the Kurt Gibson hammer
