this is a standard threepers marking drill this is probably one of the better exercises for newer players and elite players on working on the mark how it's going to work Connor's got the disc Josh is marking the stall is coming in on stalling six okay you have 10 seconds to throw a disc in frisbee you're you're coming in on stalling STI here okay so Josh now knows that he only has about 4 seconds to get the disc off his hands Connor is working on making Josh a better mark worker okay Connor is not working on his crazy high release throws he's not working on his scuber or his Lefty backend he's working on making Josh a better marker so Connor is going to try to throw low passes normal passes so real quick without throwing just show them how to Pivot here so he's stepping out trying to make Josh work on the mark okay now once Connor throws the pass to Stanley the rotation looks like this Connor throws it to Stanley all right now Connor runs down to Stanley Mark Stanley Josh now is waiting here for Stanley to throw it to him okay and that's how the rotation works so we're going to act like Connor had just thrown the pass to Josh so Connor is going to be back here okay one thing we don't want to do is we don't want to run up here on the mark and set a mark three yards off of him okay I know he's trying to throw it to Stanley right behind me to make me not have to throw it to him I'm going to stand back here but that's it's not really helping me on the mark So Connor is going to get up close as if he was marking in a real game okay also what Connor is going to do is he's going to really try not to shift you can see him right now kind of sliding farther back that's your tendency really try to focus on staying close to the thrower here okay all right this drill guys is to show you that when you're on the mark you're not supposed to take a break okay you're supposed to wear yourself out when you're marking someone be very very active make it difficult we're going to do...
