All right, there's a throw that so many people have asked me to show. I want to say first, please never throw this in a game. It looks really cool, guys. I understand that, but it's really not a good throw to have in the game. The reason why is it's going to pop up and there's going to be a lot of turnovers. We're going to be talking about the air bounce. Okay, the backhand air bounce. How you first throw it on the grip, a normal backhand grip. Remember, I want this thumb to be on the rings of the disc. Okay. The only difference, my grip underneath is still looked like that. The only difference now is now I'm pushing my thumb to the middle. I'm sliding my hand out a little bit and I'm pushing down on the disc with my thumb really hard. Okay, that push down. What's going to happen is I'm pushing down on the disc. It's going to flex and then come up and rise. The motion is also a high to low to high. It's kind of like an arc motion. Okay? And so as I go to throw it, when I get about here, I'm pushing down really hard on my thumb, snapping my wrist, and the disc I want to be finishing with the angle up. Okay? So I'm going to go here, push down, angle up, and it's going to go down and then dip back up. We'll throw a couple. So things to focus on again, putting your thumb in the middle of the disc as you can see there. Really snapping my wrist and making sure that the disc is angled up on the release. A stones. That's why you don't throw it. What's up, guys? I hope you enjoyed the air bounce backhand tutorial. If you did enjoy the video, be sure to click the like and fade button for us.
