what's up guys today what we're going to learn is the advanced strategies and pulling okay we're going to learn about kind of the disc angling the disc in a certain way using the wind to really get the most effective pull basically what we're first going to talk about is when there's no in at all when there's no wi at all what you really want to work on doing is getting a pull that's deep has good hang time and good distance and the angle of disc the best way of doing that is really getting the disc as vertical as possible and when you go through finish at your target okay you don't want to finish out you don't want to do an inside out throw like that or an outside in throw like this you really want to go straight back and straight through so sometimes you'll have a really strong wind behind you and when you pull your pulls will have a really hard time being in bounds cuz it's so windy so what you want to do is you actually want to throw an outside in pull what I mean by that is it's going to blade from the left to the right and how you make that happen is you're going to twist the disc up okay the disc when it releases your hand is going to be like this before we pulling it when it was vertical this way now it's almost a little more than flat the next thing that you're going to do is instead of me walking straight forward like I kind of told you before my Approach my Approach is going to be more now at an angle so if I'm pulling this way instead of walking straight forward I'm going to walk more at an angle come here and then I'm really going to throw it out here and when I get about here I'm rolling my shoulder over all right I'm rolling my shoulder over and that's going to get the disc out like this the wind's going to really push behind it it's going to go and then it's going to dig into the ground it's going to be a really hard catch one for the pole catcher and two you're going to get a lot of distance on it and most of the time...
