How Far Can I Throw? (The Mile Challenge Revisited)

The Mile Challenge Revisited takes viewers back to one of the most epic throwing challenges in recent memory. Eagle's original challenge sparked a highly requested follow-up, and this video revisits the One Mile Challenge with a twist: a return to form and technique. Gone are the glow-in-the-dark discs and super- janky throws from two years ago; instead, the thrower has upgraded to roller discs and is aiming for accuracy over distance. With a focus on normalizing form and average distances, this video showcases a more refined approach to throwing the mile. The goal is still to complete the challenge in 10 throws or less, but with a more consistent and controlled technique. Eagle's previous record-breaking throw of 678 feet under 20mph winds sets the bar high, but will it be enough? Watch as the thrower navigates wind resistance, disc selection, and technique adjustments to see if they can average over 528 feet for 10 throws and throw over a mile.

Join me, Brodie Smith, as I attempt to break my own mile challenge record. Testing limits & pushing distances!
