HOW FAR CAN I THROW? (The Mile Challenge)
Watch as Eagle takes on the Mile Challenge, a bold attempt to throw a disc an incredible 5280 feet - one mile. With the help of a rangefinder for accuracy, Eagle is aiming to complete the challenge in 10 throws at 528 feet, or 11 throws at 480 feet, or 12 throws at 440 feet. This test will push Eagle's form and consistency to the limit, as they face windy conditions that may affect their throws. Eagle has been focusing on technique rather than distance training, making this challenge a unique opportunity to see how far they can really go. The Mile Challenge is being filmed with special consideration for audio quality, given the strong winds in Texas, where Eagle typically throws.

and that means i challenged simon Lizotte drew Gibson gg Brodie Smith if he thinks he can throw this far I don't know if he can I don't know if he can I'd be curious to see him do it though what is happening everybody welcome back to the channel I've got a fun challenge today Eagle wants to see how far I can throw how many shots it's gonna take me to get to one mile which is 5280 feet now now more than two months ago I tried to see if I could throw a disc over 500 feet I struggled immensely I don't even know if I even got to 500 feet you just did say it was 500 but we all know kind of the hit or miss on how accurate that is so today we're gonna be using a rangefinder this is a hundred percent accurate I need an average 528 feet for ten throws or 480 feet for 11 throws or 440 feet for twelve throws so anything in the low-teens I'll be pretty happy with my performance I haven't obviously really spent that much time working on distance I've really just been focusing a lot on form and trying to be a consistent as possible so we'll be a little freaky today well let it rip and see it's kind of windy I was hoping to do this on a day that wasn't very windy so the audio wasn't that bad we're right now like behind this barricade protecting the audio so I don't know how good the audio will be I also don't know how good my throws are gonna be in this wind but if you've ever been to Texas it's always windy and the love Mike that I bought is on back order it was supposed to be in by now I just got an email saying they're not gonna have it until mid-may so hopefully that comes in soon we'll have good audio soon but let's jump right now to hole not hole what throw number one okay the wind is gonna play a huge factor I think throwing downwind is the best option but for us downwind is like I'll be throwing it into that parking lot so if I need to I will if this first throw doesn't really work out you can see kelsey has set...
