today we are going to try to see how far i can throw a putter can i throw a putter over 500 feet you probably when you first started disc golf you probably heard everyone go hey go out throw a putter play practice rounds with putters only that will help your form the most yes and no but i will say that i don't really have that much of a putter game as far as neutral putters go and it's something i'm slowly trying to incorporate into my game i'm starting to throw four hand putters now and uh trying to get a little bit better with the backhand mainly because when you're off a little bit it's not going to be terribly wrong and also when you do throw it well the disc is going to be kind of landing flat near your target and so you're not going to get those big skips which is something that i unfortunately has kind of hurt me in some of these past tournaments so i'm working on that but today i just want to see how far do these things really go so i got a whole bunch of putters here we've got some roaches we got some lunas and we're just going to launch these bad boys i only know really how some of these fly but i've never really thrown any of these really full power so it will be a learning experience come along the journey let me know in the comments right now can i throw a putter over 500 feet we are going to try to go to that trash can down there just behind the soccer goal and the tree i believe i shot it at about 515 feet so we're going to throw until something gets close to that or we know is past it and then we'll run down there and double check the measurements with the rangefinder and uh see if this is even possible obviously we won't even do that if i can't even throw it that far so we're gonna first start off with the pro d roach here this one's pretty beat in uh this is one of the first roaches i've actually ever owned i think this was in the sack of putters when discraft initially gave me a bunch to see which one i liked so...
