what's up guys it's Brody uh I just got done doing a workout session with 10 he's running through the Florida guys right now um and basically uh we did a vert we did um a 40 time we did a serpentine drill and then we did a 300 yard shuttle got some times he's going to post that on his website so you need to check that out we'll put a link um down in the description so you can check that out but uh yeah it was really good and I think uh he's got a lot of good information on stuff that's really key to kind of ultimate specific training um and so me and him are going to be training together uh for a couple months here so looking for some good numbers um and looking to get better uh better in shape so check it out again we're going to put it in the description click on it and check it out all right this is Brody Smith's uh first attempt at the single leg approach vertical uh traditional NFL style vertical he's at 275 uh approach double leg he's at 31 in and uh this is a strong suit so we'll see how he does let's get up Road
