hey guys so I had to I had a comment by uh Mike jerck about some suggestions for my backand um so I first just want to read what his suggestions were and then we're going to try them out so he said the first thing let go with the off hand as soon as you go back with the disc um the next thing he said is grip it tighter all the time now I agree with that when you're hucking yeah I grip the disc really tight when I hook however on short passes dump passes you don't want to grip the disc really tight you want to have a loose grip kind of and that'll increase your accuracy um don't Arc the wind up and forward motion around your body and the last thing he said is put the disc straight back and further back so these are some suggestions that he said um for me and uh just for the sake of it I'm going to try it out and see what happens so now I'm going to try Mike's throw um I think what he's trying to say is when I step out to not hide the disc behind my back so I'm going to try to pull it back here okay also I'm going to try to release my left hand soon and that's what he's saying so get my left hand off right away pull it back here and then yank it through oh so hopefully that's uh what you were suggesting Mike um if I did anything wrong if I uh if it didn't look like the way you want me to do it just let me know I can try it again um but my initial Impressions on just throwing a couple of them was uh really the distance for me didn't really change um but the biggest thing that I noticed that releasing that left hand so soon I really lose control of what kind of throw I want if if I'm just standing here by myself trying to throw for distance that might be one thing but in a game situation um you're not always gonna have that luxury you're gonna have a mark on you also I really didn't feel like I could throw an outside in backand I didn't really feel like I could throw a really...
