To prepare for such matchups, Brodie emphasizes the importance of double coverage and practicing to work hard to get open. Additionally, he provides an update on his upcoming trick shot video, which was damaged in a hard drive crash, but will be revived as soon as possible with help from the community. so the most effective defensive formation that I've ever run is the fourman Zone um the cup Zone and we kind of run it differently than a lot of teams do but uh We've really kind of perfected it and anything when the winds get kind of high it seems to work really well so that's the most effective uh defensive formation I've ever run so uh if we're talking about individual Defenders the hardest player I've actually ever faced was Shane honstein from Wisconsin I think I played with him 0708 I believe and uh he was just a big physical guy very fast could jump and um just a pure Defender and he was very difficult um to get open on uh other times I've played against teams in college where you know they do a box in one so they play zone and basically have uh one person guarding me um while everyone else is playing Zone and that was that was kind of difficult but you know we had a good enough team that you know I would just you know go deep and the other guys on our team would move the disc up pretty easily but uh we did a lot of things in practice where we would have you know our top guys get double coverage um have two guys guard them during a point to kind of work on really having to work hard to get open so we did a lot of things things to make sure that uh we were ready to go when it came G done refresh no refresh damn it it's still not up hey Brody when's your next trick shot video coming out so as some of you guys may already know my hard drive crashed um I had a whole bunch of footage on there I had a full trick shot video that I had filmed and um we're in the process of trying to get the money to pay for it I think it's going to be kind of expensive so if you know how to fix hard drives let me know I can send you my hard drive and we get that worked out but basically as soon as that hard drive gets fixed I'll put out that trick shot video that I already filmed a few uh weeks ago other than that...
