thank you we are back Ace Runners for the 2023 Des Moines challenge this is round one back nine coverage this tournament is presented by this craft and it is being held at Pickard Park in Indianola Iowa calling the shots for this disc golf pro tour Elite event or myself Conor O'Reilly joined in the booth by Holly Finley absolutely love being here I've been playing this course since about 2012 and it was called the Des Moines Challenge and we played all four courses in two days let's check out this top 10 leaderboard Emily Beach holding down the top spot Holland Hanley after an incredible front nine in second and look at that tie in the third spot starting off the back nine with a par 5 78 feet we saw a t pad change on this one we shifted back into the left just a little bit but enough change the angle if you can get around here with your second shot you'll lend yourself to a short flat to overstable backhand approach into this newly carved out green not newly carved out but newly positioned green for the FPL field it's a good par five to try to score on but also has some Danger off the tee you really need to decide where do you want to land I prefer the left side which is a bit more flat and not as much of an uphill run up but the more common route is this right side say it's the largest gap off the tee Holland handling with a sidearm she's now safe on the left side cat merch just going straight up the gut but she does not make it past the trees Birdie's gonna be tough from there Valerie taking the most common route that biggest gap on the right side cuts it a little inside hits that biggest tree to beat right there at the end drops down to a spot she can still burning if she throws a good second though Haley King takes the middle Gap and she has made it safe out of the treed area and on the second shot you just want to keep it in bounds oh no hopefully that is in bounds no you didn't I think you're safe can't pushed that right at the out of bounds looks like she narrowly avoids a...
