Welcome to the Acerun Pro coverage of the DGA Star City Classic sponsored by Disc Gauntlet. This is a PDGA A tier in DGPTQ Series event hosted by the Lincoln Flyingly Disc Club in Lincoln, Nebraska. We're here today at Beiel Slooh disc golf course. My name is James Felgi, one of the tournament directors and course designer here at Beiel Slooh. I'm joined by my friend Tony Odum, the tournament director here at Star City. Thank you for hanging, Tony. Thanks for having me, James. Going to have a good final round here today at Beiel. Weather was pretty nice. Now, in years past, we've dealt with a little bit of wind, which can make the course uh considerably harder, but pretty optimal conditions out there today for these guys. Absolutely. Cotton flying around all day. It was just beautiful out there. And there is a look at the trophy for the MO winner. Logan Harpool from Valley Center, Kansas. On the card today, sitting in first place, two-time winner of the event in the past. Also joining the card, Bennett Doland from Emporia, Kansas, shooting a hot couple first rounds to find himself in second. And we have Evan Walker from Burlington, Iowa. Rounding out the card from Pah Huska, Oklahoma. Always a friendly face to have around Star City, Caleb Bruce. Which brings us to our first hole here at Be Slooh in the gold layout. 400T par 3 as we fly the fairway. Going to have some OB on the left, OB on the right. Putting it out there. Let the disc work back to the left at the end of the flight. Little bit of undulations in the green. Some trees to contend with late, but most guys looking to get the rounds started off with the birdie here on one. Yeah, it's a pretty stock shot to start off your tournament with.
